Our MISSION

Our mission is to build real relationships through connection, collaboration, and education. The work focuses on dismantling and disrupting structural racism and intersecting systems of oppression through leadership development and advocacy for promotion of equity, in all forms. This body of work analyzes systemic biases though a racial equity lens.​

    This program envisions a safe environment for every young Black child by developing their mindsets through culturally relevant conversations and interactions to develop the STEAM skills and habits necessary for positive outcome.

    This Garden will encourage our young Black/BIPOC gardeners to be responsible, showing greater self-expression, dignity, integrity, respect, knowledge of their environment, and will demonstrate the importance of reconnecting people to nature while inspiring a new generation of environmental stewards.

    This program works with kids who are having behavioral problems in school to equip them to lead by instilling a sense of value and visibility.
